Milad Alizadeh

Milad received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Oxford in 2022, focusing on compression of models and data in deep learning. Prior to joining Earth Species Project, he worked at Cohere on instruction tuning and code generation of LLMs. He's interested in the intersection of engineering and research in AI. Outside of work he enjoys playing Kamancheh — a traditional Persian instrument.
