Sylvie Manning brings over 10 years of experience in administrative and support roles, specializing in executive assistance, operations management, and team leadership across industries like hospitality and wellness. Her career includes working with renowned chefs such as Thomas Keller, Heston Blumenthal, and Ming Tsai, allowing her to combine her professional expertise with a deep commitment to curiosity and understanding.
Outside of work, Sylvie is dedicated to animal welfare, especially in rescuing dogs and volunteering at animal shelters. An avid hiker, she has completed the 67 New England 4000 Footers and is currently working on the 52 With a View and the 46 Adirondack High Peaks. Her love of nature and fascination with animal behavior naturally drew her to ESP and their mission.
